I’m considering joining the air force but I’m horrible at math and not so fit is there anything I can do

Math is not required in many Air Force jobs, though you may want to study up on it a bit to take the ASVAB test to make sure you score well and have a lot of options to choose a job.
You will definitely need to work on your fitness however, it will be very important throughout your career. I have some tips on fitness here.
