I understand joining the airforce is Not all about the money especially not in my case, but how can your pay be maximized during first year without college degree or anything?

If you enlist for 6 years instead of 4 you will put on A1C after you graduate tech school. It only works out to about $800 difference though. I would not recommend it. Read more about why.
